Duties/ Responsibilities |
This position is in the Higher Education Services Corporation's Finance Division. The Program Research Specialist 4 provides technical leadership for the establishment, design and maintenance of the Research Analysis & Information Management (RAIM) Unit's data and analysis systems, and for the development of projections using guaranteed loans, grants and scholarships budget estimation models; provides policy analysis, statistical data, and computer programming support for internal and external audiences, which include HESC staff, and staff from the Division of Budget (DOB), the Governor's office, the Legislature, and other state agencies; provides overall supervision and assignment coordination of RAIM research and computer program analyst staff; and assists in developing staffing, budgeting and workload plans to meet division and agency goals. |
