Duties/ Responsibilities

Supervises a subordinate staff engaged in the receipt, control and delivery of incoming communications; the pickup, processing and disposition of outgoing mail; the receipt, storage, retrieval and delivery of supplies from vendors; the maintenance of inventory records; and messenger and duplicating services.

YOU MUST BE A CURRENT STATE EMPLOYEE TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION!

Reachable on the current Civil Service List for this title, or one year of permanent competitive class service as a Principal Mail and Supply Clerk; or one year of permanenent competitive class service in a title approved by the Deparment of Civil Service for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
