Duties/ Responsibilities |
As a Labor Services Representative you will provide a broad range of services to jobseekers and employers both on an individual basis and through group presentations. You will interview customers to evaluate the nature of services desired, obtaining a complete work history including job experience, education, skills, salary ranges and job preferences. You will identify barriers to employment and develop solutions to these barriers and will provide information on available DOL resources. |

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications |
Reassignment qualifications: Candidates with at least one year permanent competitive service in an LSR traineeship may be eligible for reassignment. |
