Duties/ Responsibilities |
Duties to include but not limited to the following: provides nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, supervise paraprofessionals based on patients'; needs, participate in performance improvement activities, monitor health and safety issues through facility, respond with corrective action to inspections, timely documentation of Nursing Assessments and weekly progress notes. |

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications |
A registered nurse in NYS with current registration to practice. One year of post-licensure registered clinical experience, including six months post-licensure specialized nursing experience with individuals, at least 50% of whom have been diagnosed with mental illness, alcoholism, or chemical dependency OR eighteen months of post-licensure registered nurse general clinical experience. Certified in CPR |
