Duties/ Responsibilities |
This bureau provides the executive management of 27 psychiatric centers around the State with support and direction in personnel program management, operation and service. FPS staff are responsible for most non-face-to-face facility personnel functions including classification actions, staffing, and exam planning. Staff also participate in the analysis, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of personnel programs, policies and procedures that facilitate staffing for facility operations and appropriate patient care. They work directly with staff from the Department of Civil Service and the Division of the Budget on issues relating to facility personnel programs. |
