Duties/ Responsibilities

As an Agency Program Aide, you would provide program and technical support by performing a wide variety of program activities and tasks to support the work of the professional staff. Some specific tasks include establishing and maintaining various databases to monitor individual staff production, quality review, training, and timely services to customers; act as a technical resource on assigned programs and projects; and respond to report and data requests from management staff.

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications

An employee with one year of permanent competitive service in an appropriate title allocated to Grade 11 or higher may qualify for transfer pursuant to Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Additional Comments

Experience with ACCESS and EXCEL is preferred.
