Duties/ Responsibilities |
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Deputy Director, Psychiatric Center 1, Operations will serve on the executive management team and will be responsible for a variety of non-medical operational management functions, including the development, monitoring and improvement of all patient care and treatment systems, ensuring patient safety and upgrading and improving therapeutic treatment environments. This individual will work closely with facility clinical management and clinical staff to ensure that treatment plans meet the needs of patients and are appropriate for review by compliance and regulatory agencies; implement, interpret and monitor facility policies; oversee clinical risk management, medical records, utilization review, and program evaluation; review discipline standards, incidents, professional growth and development, standards compliance and performance improvement; and establish and maintain a safe environment for patient care. |
