Duties/ Responsibilities |
As a Labor Services Representative you will provide a broad range of services to jobseekers and employers both on an individual basis and through group presentations. You will interview customers to evaluate the nature of services desired, obtaining a complete work history including job experience, education, skills, salary ranges and job preferences. You will identify barriers to employment and develop solutions to these barriers and will provide information on available DOL resources. |

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications |
You do not have to be a current State employee to apply. You must have a Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college or university, or one recognized by the New York State Education Department as following acceptable education practices. |
