Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be reachable for appointment on Current Civil Service Eligible List for this title.

OR

Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/c status in the posted title and be eligible for lateral transfer; OR be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1, 70.4, or 52.6 of Civil Service Law. The transfer cannot be a second consecutive transfer resulting in an advancement of more than two salary grades.

Duties Description Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Inventory and order office supplies, equipment, etc.

- Provide support to the Plant Superintendent and other Maintenance Supervisors as needed.

- Respond to requests for information and provide support to Central Office of Property Supports and Emergency Services staff.

- Create and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, and database applications.

- Create forms, correspondences, and word processing applications.

- Set up meetings and webinars using Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and Zoom platforms.

- Prepare materials for meetings, distribute event invitations, and facilitate webinars.

- Take meeting minutes and track follow-up items as needed.

- Develop a working knowledge of the Property Supports and Emergency Services work order program and perform data entry tasks and retrieve information as needed.

- Pick up, stamp in, and distribute mail.

- Answer telephone and direct calls.
