Minimum Qualifications Current New York State employee with one year or more of qualifying permanent service in a position allocated to a Grade 07 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description The Incumbents of these positions will provide administrative support to the investigators in their respective area. Each will work closely with the Enforcement team to assist in the completion of administrative work related to ongoing investigations.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Work with staff to support the reporting and collection of information for investigations.
• Assist in the preparation, review, evaluation and analysis of a variety of data and reports from investigations.
• Review documents received from licensees to ensure documents are complete. Reach out to licensees or other units for additional information where applicable.
• Conduct research as requested by Unit staff, being sure to adhere to deadlines identified.
• Track inspections and assist with preparing written correspondence to licensees summarizing audit findings.
