Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications INDUSTRIAL TRAINING SUPERVISOR 1 - High School diploma or equivalent, and three years of experience in any manufacturing setting, including one year as a supervisor.

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING SUPERVISOR 2 - High School diploma or equivalent, and five years of experience in a manufacturing process of trade, of which at least one year must have been directly related to the specialty for which you are applying; and must have three years of supervisory experience.

Duties Description Train inmates in the course of providing manufacturing, production, or industrial service operations. Explain work requirements, shop and departmental rules, safety practices, and general production expectations. Provide Orientation. Observe work in progress to assure that inmates are performing the work correctly and are meeting acceptable quality and production standards.

Additional Comments Salary grade 13 salary range: $44,274 - $53,927

Salary grade 15 salary range: $49,556 - $60,028
