Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

1. A Master's degree in Psychology or related field
2. Prior higher education teaching experience

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the aforementioned minimum qualifications, it is preferred the candidate also have:

1. Experience teaching online coursework
2. A Doctorate degree in an appropriate field
3. Experience teaching Organizational Psychology

Duties Description SUNY Cobleskill is seeking qualified candidates to teach a 12-week online section of PSYC 341 Organizational Psychology. The course is scheduled from 9/10/2018 - 12/07/2018.

This course is a study of the changing structure and purpose of organizations and the impact of these changes on individual and interpersonal changes.

This section is offered primarily to off-site Bachelor of Business Administration students.
