Minimum Qualifications Industrial Training Supervisor 1 - Metal Product Manufacturing: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of experience in any manufacturing setting, including one year as a supervisor. after one year of service, incumbents are advanced to Industrial Supervisor 2.

Industrial Training Supervisor 2 - Metal Product Manufacturing: Must have high school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of experience in a manufacturing process or trade, including one year of supervisory experience, with three years of experience in metal manufacturing.

Duties Description This position is responsible for planning and supervising the process of producing manufacturing goods, providing industrial services, or performing similar sorts of industrial operation; schedule production and inmate assignments to meet production goals and deadlines; determine inventory, equipment, and material needed to meet production goals and deadlines; and prepare a variety of reports and records
