Job Specifics
Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working in Child Welfare Casework.
Duties Description Present training courses by personally conducting classroom training, synchronous online training, coaching, facilitation, and simulation training for caseworkers and supervisors assigned to Child Welfare caseloads.
Prepare lesson plans for classroom delivery, mock interviews, and group discussions.
Review local district and volunteer agency programs training needs through formal needs assessments.
Identify future training needs based upon changes to policy or regulation.
Participate in and provide subject matter expertise for curriculum development and review.
Evaluate training courses.
Prepare proposals for training programs.
Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
