Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently in the title of Social Work Assistant 2. OPWDD employees eligible to transfer within two salary grades under Civil Service Law Section 70.1. One year of permanent service in a direct care/paraprofessional/or professional title - Grade 12 or higher (who meets QIDP standards).

Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will serve as the Family Care Home Liaison for the Western Region Family Care Team which is comprised of Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland, and Oswego Counties.
