Job Specifics
Minimum Qualifications Must be in title OR on the Civil Service eligible list for this location OR be eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 in a designated title determined by the New York State Department of Civil Service
OR be licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York State AND have one year of full-time post-RN licensure clinical nursing experience.
Duties Description The Nurse 2 in Quality Supports will assist with the development and monitoring of Plans of Corrective Action, Safety Plans and certification issues, as they relate to ICF's, IRA's, Day Programs and Clinic services. Candidate must possess good organizational, problem solving, and computer skills and have excellent written and oral communication skills. The preferred candidate will have experience with the managing and review of incidents, mortality review and audits. May be assigned additional tasks and assignments as required for the QS department. Preferred candidate should be able to travel to various locations.
Additional Comments Posted Hiring Salary includes the sum of the statutory rate for PS&T Grade 16 ($50,722) and Geographic Pay Differential ($8,000). Geographic Pay Differential is added to the job rate ($64,557) for the PS&T Grade 16. Additional Compensation may apply based on shift assignment.
