Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service as ITS 3 (DB), G-23 or in a position deemed administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law or in a title designated appropriate for Section 70.1 transfer of the Civil Service Law such as ITS 3 (DataCom), G-23. Candidates reachable on the eligible list for this title will be canvassed and do not need to apply.
Duties Description • Build, maintain and support custom internal CRM applications developed using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
• Interact with end-users and supervisory staff to troubleshoot performance, data and training issues.
• Develop and implement test plans for new and existing code.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on application and CRM server to diagnose issues.
• Create user documentation to support applications and train end users.
• Supervision of ITS-2 staff and the delegation of tasks to other staff and contracted consultants may be required.
Additional Comments PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011 or higher preferred), including but not limited to the following:
- Familiarity with CRM Data Management and Data Maps
- Familiarity with Xrm.Page Object Model and coding Form Events with JScript
- Understanding of CRM Unmanaged Solutions (migrations of component changes)
- Expertise in developing CRM views
- CRM interface modification and configuration
- Ability to Edit CRM Site Map
- Proficiency in customizing CRM components
• Proficient with Microsoft Jscript. JavaScript experience also acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability with SQL and SQL Server 2012 Report Builder 3.0
• Understanding of Active Directory, CRM Security Roles
• Experience gathering business requirements from end users.
• Practical experience supporting end-users in a production application.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Focus for quality, with attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working independently, but also as part of a team.
