Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service in a position at the SG-21 level or above designated administrative pursuant to Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
Duties Description Under the direction of the State Preparedness Training Center (SPTC) Assistant Director, the incumbent will serve as the functional CityScape Manager responsible for day to day operations of the CityScape facility, including, but not limited to, staff supervision, facility safety, operational procedure development, training program development, program coordination and delivery, program instruction, logistical management, facility maintenance, supply requisitions, and budgeting. The incumbent will also have responsibility for the oversight and operation of the CityScape special effects systems and equipment and is expected to fully understand and master its operation. The incumbent may be reassigned to other program areas within the SPTC as required by organizational needs and be assigned other duties consistent with such program areas.
