Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Currently employed as a permanent or contingent permanent Treatment Team Leader Developmental Disabilities and eligible for transfer, OR
2. Currently serving in a permanent or contingent permanent position allocated to a salary Grade 23 or above and eligible for permanent appointment or transfer under Section 52.6 or Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations. Examples of titles approved for 52.6 or 70.1 transfer include, but are not limited to: Chief Occupational Therapist, Chief Physical Therapist, Chief Recreational Therapist, Residential Program Manager 3, Social Work Supervisor 1, Social Work Supervisor 1 SL, Speech Language Pathology Audiology Program Coordinator 2, Supervisor Rehabilitation Services.
3. Reachable for appointment on the Civil Service list for this title.

Duties Description SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Treatment Team Leader functions under the direct supervision of the DDPS 4.
The incumbent will be directly responsible for all aspects of the care and treatment of individuals with varying degrees of intellectual disabilities, behavioral and mental health challenges. The incumbent will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for maintaining certification for Medicaid funded programs, as well the Bureau of Program Certification survey process, Compliance with Jonathan’s Law and IRMA, PROMOTE current certification preferred.

Additional Comments The shift for this postion will be days, but flexibility to meet the operational needs is a must. Will require the ability to work other evening and night time hours as well as weekend hours in order to provide administrative oversight functions for the team and to accomplish duties as an AOD.
