Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Incident Management Unit (IMU) within the Division of Quality Improvement was created as part of the initiative to ensure the safety and welfare of individuals with developmental disabilities. The Agency Program Aide will be responsible for:

• Inputting data from OPWDD Form 159 from Registered Provider agencies into the Office of Children and Family Services Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment (SCR) database for pre-employment checks of employee applicants.
• Interacting with provider agencies to ensure they understand the requirement for the SCR check along with assisting them with questions they may have.
• Assisting in maintaining the database for the SCR Checks and inputting data when needed.
• Assisting in maintaining a current Registered Provider list.
• Providing Registered Provider agencies with the results of the SCR pre-employment check.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of the IMU.

Additional Comments All OPWDD employees must be eligible and maintain eligibility for full and unconditional participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Continued employment will depend on maintaining eligibility.
