Minimum Qualifications Must currently be a Psychologist 2.
OR
Must be active and reachable on the Civil Service eligible list for Psychologist 2.

NOTE: Provisional appointments will only be considered if there are insufficient in-Title and/or Civil Service List candidates.

Duties Description Provide psychological services to individuals who live in Individual Residential Alternative facilities in Oneida County.

Develop, implement and monitor behavioral plans for individuals with maladaptive behavior. Plans to develop ADL and other self-help skills may also be needed for certain individuals.

Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team and attend meetings for case review and residential habilitation.

Develop and present individuals cases to various review committees (BMRC, ICC) for their approval.

Participate as a member of the Psychology Department. This includes attending monthly meetings and performing special assignments, as directed. These include risk assessments, competency evaluations and credibility assessments.

Perform routine psychological assessments such as intelligence testing and measures of adaptive behavior.

Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
