Legislative office seeking a Constituent Liaison to start as soon as possible.
Job duties include:
-Answering phone calls in a professional manner, directing calls to appropriate staff
-Handing Constituent issues.
-Meet & Greet visitors
-Scanning, updating contact lists, and various administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications Attention to details
Strong Customer Service experience
Community Engagement/Volunteering experience
Proficient in Outlook, Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
Enjoys working in a team environment
