Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have permanent status as Research Scientist 2 (SG-22), and be interested in transfer; OR possess a Bachelor’s Degree and three years of professional research experience in the appropriate field; OR possess a Master’s Degree and two years of such experience; OR hold a doctorate in the appropriate field.

Duties Description Candidate will responsible for the oversight and guidance of the performance monitoring and evaluation of New York State’s Center for Substance Abuse Treatment(CSAT) State Adolescent Treatment and Dissemination Grant, assist in establishing and monitoring performance targets for specialized adolescent and young adult outpatient services. In conjunction with the Bureau Director and Division Leadership develop a process for quarterly monitoring of the adolescent and young adult residential programs. Develop a plan for performance monitoring and evaluation of the roll out of new projects i.e.: The Adolescent Clubhouse and Evidenced Based Practices. Assist in the transition to managed care.
