Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience qualifications for this class. Laborers must be physically able to perform the duties assigned. Possession of a valid New York State Driver's License may be required. Laborers perform unskilled physical work requiring limited or no training; may frequently work outdoors in inclement weather; may use hand tools and operate motor driven equipment; and generally perform activities as part of a work crew.

Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a New York State Driver's License; chainsaw certification and CPR, AED and First Aid training.

Duties Description This is a trail maintenance position. The ability to carry heavy equipment over rugged terrain for long periods of time is necessary.

Additional Comments Work days and hours will be discussed at interview. Work hours are generally 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position has a duration from 4/1/15 through 11/30/15.
