Minimum Qualifications Individuals who have one year of permanent service as a Keyboard Specialist 1 OR who are eligible to transfer via Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law by having at least one year of permanent service in a qualifying title within two salary grades or one M grade of this position are eligible to apply. Duties Description The Office of Mental Health is recruiting to fill a Keyboard Specialist 1, Grade 6, vacancy in the Center for Human Resources Management, Bureau of Facility Personnel Services. The incumbent will perform activities in support of Bureau functions such as: answering phones, opening, sorting and distributing daily mail; entering exam applications and geographic preference forms into the Exam Administration System; filing; assisting the Centralized List Unit with canvassing activities; and entering personnel information into the OMH and NYS personnel and payroll automated systems.
