Minimum Qualifications Individuals who have one year of permanent service as an Associate Personnel Administrator OR who are eligible to transfer via Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law by having at least one year of permanent service in a qualifying title within two salary grades or one M grade of this position are eligible to apply. Duties Description The Office of Mental Health is recruiting to fill an Associate Personnel Administrator, Grade 23, vacancy in the Center for Human Resources Management, Bureau of Facility Personnel Services. The incumbent will supervise the Central Transaction Unit (CTU), the Central List Unit (CLU), and the Central Recruitment Unit(CRU). The CTU provides payroll transaction services for approximately 16,000 employees at 26 facilities /33 payrolls. The unit is responsible for entering personnel and payroll transactions into NYSTEP and PayServ on the Institutional and Administrative payroll cycles. The CLU canvasses eligible lists for Central Office and 26 facilities. CRU manages the OMH decentralized examination process for decentralized professional examination titles.
