Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or non-competitive 55B/C service as a Senior Administrative Analyst, OR be in a title SG-16 or above eligible for transfer under sections 52.6 or 70.1 of the Civil Service Law, OR be reachable on the Civil Service eligible lists (PATT or PCO). Salary range above applies to candidates appointed to Senior Administrative Analyst, G-18. Candidates hired into the traineeship will be advanced to Senior Administrative Analyst title upon the successful completion of a two-year traineeship.

Duties Description • Serve as project manager for the Division of Quality Improvement (DQI) priority initiatives, including active participation in numerous committees and workgroups, preparation of flowcharts and work plans, assisting with monthly reports, and providing technical assistance to DQI staff as needed.
• Assist with management of databases, including analyzing data for errors, monitoring data collection status and generating reports.
• Serve as liaison with Human Resources, ensuring appropriate staff resources are obtained in a timely manner and that staffing, performance evaluations, training and other items are tracked.
• Analyze office procedures and databases used in DQI field offices to ensure uniformity and consistency.
• Assist in the preparation, review, evaluation of analysis of a variety of internal and external reports and records.
• Gather, review and evaluation of information from Central and Area Offices.
• Additional duties as requested by the Deputy Commissioner and Deputy Director of DQI.
Additional Comments All OPWDD employees must be eligible and maintain eligibility for full and unconditional participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Continued employment will depend on maintaining eligibility.
