Duties Description Under the direction of the Business Change Manager, this position will lead efforts to plan, manage, and promote communication of Integrated Eligibility System (IES) project information to stakeholders. IES is an enterprise project that must engage multiple stakeholders from diverse state and local agencies. The mission of IES is to enhance the well-being of New Yorkers by transforming health and human service delivery through coordinated business practices, modernized technology, and local district partnerships. IES will provide a quick, simple, no-wrong-door customer experience that guides clients to take maximum advantage of available State programs.
