Minimum Qualifications Qualified applicant must currently have permanent or contingent permanent status as a Keyboard Specialist 1 in a New York State Agency; OR eligible for transfer OR be reachable on the Civil Service List

Duties Description The incumbent will be responsible for retrieving messages from the Front Door (FD) phone number, complete tracking forms and check TABS (Tracking and Billing System) to determine if the individual is known to OPWDD, evaluate telephone messages for follow up and urgency, return calls from the FD phone number to obtain additional information about the individual, if necessary. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining a database regarding assignment of phone calls among the FD facilitators. They will assist the FD team leader with correspondence, scheduling of FD sessions, arranging for translators, compiling powerpoints, manuals and handouts for the FD sessions. They will also participate in the FD information sessions by ensuring that participants sign in and distribute literature.
