Eligible for transfer under Section 70.1: Permanent competitive service as a Secretary 1, Accountant Aide including Trainee 1 & 2, Agency Services Representative, Administrative Aide, Agency Program Aide, Business Document Specialist 1 & 2, Calculations Clerk 2, Clerk 2, Data Processing Clerk 2 & 3, Environmental Conservation Program Aide including Trainee, Keyboard Specialist 2 & 3, Legal Assistant Trainee 1 & 2, Library Clerk 2 & 3, Principal Account Clerk, Principal Clerk, Principal Stores Clerk, Principal Mail and Supply Clerk, Secretary 1 & 2, Senior Data Entry Machine Operator, Senior Mail & Supply Clerk, Senior Offset Printing Machine Operator, Training Aide. If you have not already demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding you will have to demonstrate that you meet the minimum proficiency in keyboarding.

Duties Description This position will provide a broad range of secretarial/administrative functions necessary to accomplish the work within the Division of Fish, Wildlife & Marine Resources' Bureau of Fish and Wildlife Services, which includes personnel, office services, land acquisition and fiscal management. Duties include, but are not limited to: typing, filing, data entry, ordering office supplies, copying, scanning, answering telephones, processing mail, scheduling of meetings, making conference/travel arrangements and performing other administrative tasks such as record retention and property management. Incumbent will also prepare a variety of general and confidential correspondence, reports, documents and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel and Access software.
