Minimum Qualifications Senior Administrative Analyst, SG-18: eligible for a 52.6 transfer.
Administrative Analyst Trainee, NS: reachable on the PCO eligible list; OR eligible for a 52.6, 70.1 or 70.4 transfer; or 55-b/c eligible with a Bachelor’s Degree.

Duties Description The incumbent in this position reports directly to the Principal Administrative Analyst within the Testing Systems and Support Group and provides day-to-day assessment, analysis, and evaluation of the Test Administration Unit staff activities. The incumbent coordinates the activities of Test Administration Unit staff activities with those of the other Test Support Units. The incumbent provides direct supervisory oversight to the Principal Clerk within the Test Administration Unit who, in turn, is responsible for supervising the clerical support staff within the unit. The work performed by the Test Administration Unit is fast paced, and requires effective coordination of multiple tasks and activities involving staff within multiple organizational units / divisions within the Department. The Senior Administrative Analyst’s primary responsibilities involve the scheduling of unit activities to meet examination administration needs of the Department, and the tracking and coordination of staff activities to meet these needs is the primary responsibility of the Senior Administrative Analyst incumbent within the Test Administration Unit. The incumbent is required to perform ongoing assessments of planned examination schedules; gather data needed for the projection of candidate counts for multiple test dates; and to coordinate the statewide hiring, training, and evaluation of Test Center Supervisors and monitors.
