Minimum Qualifications Must meet all 3 minimum qualifications: Five years satisfactory experience in a manufacturing process or trade of which at least 1 year must have been directly related to Wood products manufacturing; must have 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or trade capacity which may have been included in the required 5 years or may have been gained in some other type of experience; and must be a High School graduate or have a High School Equivalency Diploma issued by a recognized state educational authority or a GED High School Certificate.
Duties Description Oversee the production operation conducted at a correctional facility. Direct the manufacture of wood products and be involved with methods and costs of production. An important part of this postition is the training and supervision of inmates in the manufacturing process.
