Minimum Qualifications 1. Currently be employed by New York State as a permanent or contingent permanent Developmental Disabilities Program Specialist 4, OR in a title eligible for 70.1 transfer, OR

2. Reachable for appointment on the Civil Service list.

Duties Description Under the supervision of the Director for Community Services, the incumbent will be responsible for the supervision of 23 community residences at the ICF/IRA levels of care. The incumbent will also be responsible for facilitation of new development.
