Minimum Qualifications This is a transfer opportunity for a current New York State employee with permanent competitive service as as Secretary 1.
OR
70.1 Transfer:
One year of permanent competitive or 55 b-c service in a clerical, secretarial or keyboarding title, SG-9 or higher and demonstrate adequate keyboarding skills by prior service in a keyboarding title or successful completion of a Keyboard Specialist performance test.

Duties Description Prepare, proof and distribute specialized lease contracts and other related materials, including general correspondence, specification and budget approval forms. Create projects for leased locations as well as for state office buildings. Maintain statistics for state office buildings. Update computer system daily using RealNet Database. Maintain lease files, correspondence and various reports, distribute as necessary. Must be knowledgeable in various office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Answer telephones and screen calls to refer the appropriate personnel and other duties as assigned.
