Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with program and/or contract management, planning, and development. Knowledge of public health insurance programs. Understanding of data and spreadsheets as tools in fiscal and program management. Knowledge of Request for Proposals (RFP) and the procurement process. Experience with budget development, responding to audits, and voucher processing.

Duties Description As a Health Program Administrator in DEMI’s Project Management Office, the incumbent will be responsible for reviewing documentation and deliverables to support contract oversight, providing technical assistance, budget development, voucher processing, voucher traces, audit follow up, writing and analyzing reports, recording and reviewing program meeting minutes, and assisting with the development of the RFP and the execution of the procurement process.

Additional Comments Permanent, full-time appointment. Occasional travel to Albany.
