Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of professional administrative experience in the review of facility operations, procedures and standards compliance for facilities housing court-adjudicated youth between the ages of 12 and 18.

Duties Description Monitor and oversee the operations of assigned youth facilities. Supervise direct reports.

Conduct onsite visits, observe program activity, and assess facility environment.

Conduct plant inspections for safety, security and cleanliness.

Provide technical assistance to facilities and communicate information between facility management and the Division of Juvenile Justice and Opportunities for Youth.

Review and monitor incidents, and ensure facility compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
