Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be reachable on appropriate Civil Service eligible list.

Candidates must have permanently served at least one year in a title designated as appropriate for transfer in accordance with Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Transfer eligible titles include but may not be limited to: Office Assistant 2 Calculations, Office Assistant 2 and Office Assistant 2 Keyboard.

Duties Description Incumbent of this position is responsible for having a basic understanding of WCB procedures and policies. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Examining contents of folders according to NYS Records Management Guidelines and Board procedures for destruction and record retention; preparing paper cases for scanning; searching employer cards for cancellation of duplicate cases and FOIL requests; re-indexing cases in CIS; processing OC-110A forms; retrieving files; answering phones and assisting with mail room duties.
