Minimum Qualifications Candidate must have permanent status as a Research Scientist 4, G-27 and interested in reassignment; OR must have a Bachelor’s Degree and five years of professional research experience in the appropriate field; OR Master’s Degree and four years of such experience; OR Doctorate in the appropriate field and two years of such experience.

Duties Description Duties include, but are not limited to the design and implementation and evaluation of impact of Medicaid Managed Care on the SUD system of care; proficient in SPSS or SASS; Analyze Medicaid data to ensure that access to all OASAS certified levels of care are continued following implementation; Develop reports for various Bureaus to identify specific program impacts and needs; Work with the Practice Innovation and Care Management (PICM) to create reports for leadership that show trends in Medicaid Managed Care spending and patient treatment patterns; Work with OMSI staff and CASA Columbia to analyze date, between LOCADTR and Client Data System (CDS) databases and develop reports, projections and quality analysis and develop conclusions on LOCADTR performance for planning and tool revision; Identify patterns in APG usage and participate in rate and fee discussions; additional duties as necessary.
