Minimum Qualifications 70.1 Transfer:
One year of permanent competitive or 55 b/c service in a clerical, secretarial or keyboarding title, SG-7 or higher and meet transfer eligibility requirements.

Duties Description Incumbent will be assigned to the Business Services Center (BSC) Human Resources (HR) and be responsible for a variety of HR duties. Duties may include, but are not limited to assisting with BSC HR file maintenance, managing and distributing E-mail that is submitted to the BSC shared mailbox, answering phone calls that and assigning tickets in the RightNow system, processing routine health insurance, time and attendance and personal data transactions, maintaining various Excel spreadsheets for the BSC HR Office, assisting with onboarding for new customer agency employees, and assisting the BSC HR with the timely and professional completion of daily administrative activities as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook; exceptional customer service skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a part of a team; and strong written and verbal communication skills.
