Duties Description Responsible for canvassing eligible lists and all other mandatory lists generated by Civil Service, as well as decentralized lists.

Responsible for list canvass filing systems.

Provides needed contact with Civil Service on list canvassing issues.

Provides assistance on all telephone and in-person requests for information related to Civil Services lists and other personnel related matters.

Responsible for retrieving Employment Opportunities Announcements (EOA) responses.

Provide clerical assistance to the Bureau of Personnel and back up office coverage.

Gather, compile, and prepare data from manual or automated files and other sources for various reports, records, etc.

Design formats for various reports and forms.

Maintain manual and automated records.

Additional duties will be discussed in detail during interview.
