Duties Description The incumbent will provide secretarial services to the Director of Human Resources and manage the office support activities. Duties include but are not limited to the following: answering or routing telephone and email requests for information; opening, tracking and disbursing office mail; preparing and mailing routine correspondence; scheduling interviews for Department vacancies; preparing, mailing and tracking canvass letters for Department vacancies; maintenance of personal history folders; maintenance of HR Resumes email inbox; running LATS reports; updating organizational charts; and logging and tracking of probationary reports. Additional assignments will be given by the Director based upon project deadlines and office coverage needs.
