Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent service in this title, or one year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a title SG-11 or higher and otherwise eligible for transfer.

Duties Description The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Aide will include, but are not limited to: handling the purchasing for the agency and the warehouse; using Oracle for the processing of purchase requests and purchase orders; tracking of contracts and leases; tracking maintenance agreements for equipment purchased and adding to the REMI Group (equipment maintenance provider), when appropriate; and processing, tracking and submitting funded work orders. The incumbent will also have responsibility for obtaining quotes from Corcraft; scheduling repairs and paying repair invoices; contacting Financial Services to obtain funds to replenish the mail accounts; updating the Administrative Services intranet webpage; ensuring Administrative Services policies and procedures are updated; processing maintenance agreements; submission of performance measures; processing, tracking and following up on facility requests; on-call scheduling; acting as back-up for receiving, paying invoices with P-card, processing facility maintenance requests and handling parking related issues; and other duties and special projects as assigned.
