Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have one year of post-master's experience** as a Speech Language Pathologist AND
Either A: New York State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist; Or
B: American Speech and Hearing Association certification.
** This experience is NOT in addition to the experience required for licensure or certification. However, you must have had one full calendar year of experience rather than the nine months of experience required for licensure or certification.

Duties Description The Broome Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) in Binghamton, NY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist 2:

•Duties include communication and feeding assessments and/or consultation and/or intervention. Services will be provided to individuals who attend DDSOO day programs and live in DDSOO homes.
•Some Article 16 Clinic assessments or intervention also may be required;
•Experience in augmentative communication, dysphagia, and working as part of an interdisciplinary team is desirable.


Additional Comments Will provide services in Chenango County, including Valley Ridge Center for Intensive Treatment.
