Duties Description The incumbent duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide daily leadership of all Microsoft Server Administration staff and place resources as needed to support Microsoft Server Administration functionality. Microsoft Server Administration includes but is not limited to Windows Server Administration, Active Directory Administration, Exchange Administration, and Enterprise Windows Server Patching. Create and maintain all Microsoft Server Administration project plans to deliver new or enhanced functionality to NYSTRS Staff. Produce complex documentation such as RFP's, RFI's, Statements of Work (SOW), Policies and Procedures for any given project or task. Create and manage a Microsoft Server Administration budget that supports all of our Microsoft Server Administration related software and hardware Lead Microsoft Server Administration team in the evaluation and selection of new technologies. Manage all staff related personnel actions. Actively participate in supervision and technical training classes and disaster recovery exercises, which may include travel.
