Minimum Qualifications Interested candidates must be reachable on the Agency Program Aide eligible list or eligible to transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
To be eligible for a 70.1 transfer to an Agency Program Aide, SG-13, a candidate must have one year of permanent competitive service in a qualifying title allocated to a salary grade 11 or higher.

Duties Description Under the direction of the Redesign Project Outreach Assistant Manager the Agency Program Aide will perform a variety of administrative tasks in direct support of the activities of the project, primarily supporting the Redesign Administration, Outreach and Change Management Team. Responsibilities will entail independently performing duties including, but not limited to:
• Provide programmatic support for Business Units: Deployment, Post Production Support and Business:
o Handle daily programmatic administrative duties.
o Manage meeting logistics including create agendas, participate, take notes, document decisions of action items to create minutes from programmatic meetings.
o Request and document information from bureaus, Redesign staff, & CIO related to Production Support, Deployment and Business
o Coordinate activities with Accenture team members
o Help with preparation of presentations and monthly project meeting activities
o Send and record results from follow up reminders on tasks and action items due
o Maintain Production Support tracking documents including release schedule, bureau priority lists, and bureau testing team members
o Make entries/edits to Rational Team Concert (RTC) system.
o Scheduling and rescheduling meetings including making inquiries on attendee availability
o Reserve public conference rooms and specify room set up & # attendees for meetings, testing and training sessions
• Apply analytical techniques as required by the program area:
o Develop, maintain and update database programs and models as required for specific programs.
o Coordinate information for database programs for other agencies and programs.
o Monitor and evaluate data for deficiencies.
o Provide assistance problem solving.
o Collect and analyzes statistics and information.
o Develop and implements methods of data analysis.
o Develop tabulation of data for analysis.
o Draw conclusions from analyzed data.
o Prepare tables, maps, charts, and reports to describe the analysis.
o Draft preliminary action plans based upon analysis of data.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with administrative and programmatic requirements:
o Assist in carrying out program planning and project development activities.
o Assist in preparing short-term and long-range work objectives and goals while working along with and assisting Vendor staff in project deliverable objectives.
o Prepare close-out reports and other reports and memoranda in accordance with agency guidelines or commitments.
o Gather reviews and evaluate information required for professionals to conduct financial and program audits.
o Provide liaison with various agency sections and State, local and federal agencies.
o Prepare draft procedures and provide guidance on requirements for budget revisions and amendments.
o Assist in the preparation, review, evaluation, and analysis of a variety of reports and records specific to the program assigned.
o Coordinate deployment communications.
• Assist in administrative activities for Redesign Support Team:
o Assist with workstation accommodations.
o Phone set up & change / name tags.
o Handle bulletin board postings.
o Handle logistics associated with floor maps.
o Update and manage tracking logs and spreadsheets.
o Assist with hiring activities, correspondence, scheduling interviews, canvassing, letters, folder preparation and maintaining electronic folders.
o Handle and maintain confidential documents and records.
o Prepare and edit draft correspondence and other documents.
o Review and process Team mailbox Requests.
o Assist in preparations of Team events and Team meetings.
o Order supplies.
