Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree minimum with ten (10) years of professional experience; three (3) of which must have been in a senior leadership position. Master’s degree preferred.

Duties Description Under the direction of the Executive Deputy Commissioner, the Chief Procurement Officer is a member of the agency’s senior leadership team, and will be responsible for the overall direction and day-to-day operations of the Procurement Services Group, providing strategic direction, transformational management, and ensuring the effective, efficient delivery of procurement services, with a strong focus on innovation and excellent customer service. The Chief Procurement Officer will play a key role in identifying opportunities to best meet the needs of our customers, refining and continuously improving business processes and procedures, and developing and training the workforce.
