Minimum Qualifications This is a transfer opportunity for a current State employee with permanent service as an Office Assistant 3 Human Resources.

One year of permanent competitive or 55 b/c service in a clerical, secretarial or paraprofessional title at salary grade 12 or above and meet transfer eligibility requirements.

Duties Description The incumbent performs a wide range of duties in support of the Personnel Services Unit (PSU) within the Division of Human Resources Management. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: monitor and process traineeships and probations for employees, process various reports and work with PSU staff to ensure that the necessary transactions are prepared. Serve as a processing liaison with the Business Services Center (BSC) in regards to reconciling data between Human Capital Management (HCM) and HRIS, monitor probation leaves, canvass eligible lists, maintain responses and develop list of qualified acceptors for PSU staff and, as necessary, assist PSU staff with recruitment and classification transactions.
