Salary RangeFrom $37998 to $46573 Annually
Minimum Qualifications 70.1 Transfer:
One year of permanent competitive or 55 b-c service in a clerical, secretarial or keyboarding title, SG-9 or higher and demonstrate adequate keyboarding skills by prior service in a keyboarding title or successful completion of a Keyboard Specialist performance test.

Duties Description The incumbent of this position will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Process mail/UPS/Fed Ex for various Region 3 Field Offices
• Utilize computer to read Email, word processing and to perform various functions on DCNet
• Prepare transmittal documents and assemble all required change order documentation for approval.
• Schedule meetings via Webex
• Update DCNet with information, milestone dates and other status information related to Division of Construction work.
• Facilitate electronic “transfer” of various types of documents and transactions via DCNet.
• Update and maintain Electronic Region 3 calendar
• Communicate with other D&C units as required and respond to questions from contractors, Engineers-In-Charge and other stakeholders.
• File paper and electronic copies of documents associated with contract work
• Transmit copies of various documents as required to the contractor of record, the Engineer-In-Charge (EIC) and other D&C stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support as required to the Assistant Director and other staff of the D&C Division of Construction.
• Receive and record daily itinerary on spreadsheet for various Engineers-In-Charge.
• Perform administrative duties for various Engineers-In-Charge at remote locations throughout Region 3.
Note: Travel to other offices within Region 3 will be required as necessary.
