Duties Description 15 Day Legislation Initiative Implementation
Under the supervision of an Office Assistant 3 (Calc), perform activities to support the implementation of the 15 Day Legislation Initiative. Job duties include:
- Performing outreach to small business vendors to educate them on the 15 Day Legislation;
- Performing outreach to small business vendors to obtain the information necessary to enroll them in ACH and eSupplier as prerequisites to eInvoicing;
- Performing outreach to small business vendors to obtain the information necessary to enroll them in eInvoicing, including providing a high level of vendor education and support;
- Performing necessary calculations and/or analyses related to the small business vendor population using known and standard methods;
- Processing and recording numerical records related to small business vendor banking information;
- Maintaining statistical records of small business vendors enrolled in ACH and eSupplier and of small business vendors participating in eInvoicing;
- Setting up vendors in the eInvoicing functionality within the Statewide Financial System; and
- Providing guidance and support to vendors and agencies.


Special Projects
Under the supervision of a State Expenditures Examiner 1, perform activities to support the implementation of various eCommerce initiatives and other special projects. Job duties include:
- Performing outreach to educate and enroll vendors in eCommerce options such as electronic invoicing and electronic purchase order dispatch;
- Creating and updating vendor records and agreements in the system to enable eCommerce functionality;
- Updating vendor records;
- Performing necessary calculations and/or analyses using known and standard methods;
- Processing and recording numerical records related to banking information;
- Maintaining statistical records of vendors enrolled in eCommerce options; and
- Performing duties related to other ad hoc special projects as they arise.
