Eligible for transfer under Section 70.1: Permanent competitive service as a Secretary 1, Secretary 2, Accountant Aide including Trainee 1 & 2, Administrative Aide, Agency Program Aide, Business Document Specialist 1 & 2, Environmental Conservation Program Aide including Trainee, Office Assistant 3, Legal Assistant Trainee 1 & 2, Library Clerk 2 & 3, Office Assistant 2, Office Assistant 2 (Calculations), Office Assistant 2 (Customer Service), Office Assistant 2 (Keyboarding), Office Assistant 2 (Stores/Mail), Office Assistant 3, Office Assistant 3 (Calculations), Senior Offset Printing Machine Operator, Stores & Mail Operations Supervisor. If you have not already demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding you will have to demonstrate that you meet the minimum proficiency in keyboarding.

Duties Description Open, review, sort and distribute mail on a daily basis. Process all outgoing mail including Open, review and distribute all incoming mail. Process all outgoing mail, including certified and express mail. Answer telephone calls for bureau and respond or direct calls, as appropriate. Prepare and/or finalize letters, memos and reports. Perform various administrative duties including maintain office files, order office supplies, schedule meetings and making travel arrangements. Perform additional duties as Accident Coordinator, which includes reviewing reports and repair estimates and coordination with maintenance centers, regional offices, OGS and Attorney General's office.
Additional Comments Assist in Bureau's budget which includes processing JV's, preparing monthly budget report and reconciling procurement card charges. Process invoices for payment into FMIS system, as needed. Also perform other duties as assigned by Bureau Chief. Some supervision may be required.
Travel, overtime and overnight travel may be required.
